Banana: My mother's tried and true recipe. Moist and delicious.
Carrot: A true baked from scratch cake. Made with carrots, nuts, raisins and all the "fixin's". Can be made without nuts and/or raisins upon request.
Pumpkin Spice: A moist spiced cake made with pumpkin puree. Wonderful for fall weddings and events.
Old Fashioned Spice Cake: A lovely fragrant, moist cake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Buttercream:My buttercream is a not-to-sweet concoction of whipped butter, vanilla and confectioners sugar. I have been told by non-frosting lovers that they actually like my frosting. Buttercream is available in: Traditional (vanilla), and Chocolate
Fondant (additional charges may apply): Fondant is a smooth covering used to give wedding and other cakes a perfect, porcelain-like finish. There is always a layer of buttercream under the fondant. My fondant is homemade in small batches and is very delicious:
